DewRun — Privacy Policy
DewRun (the "App") is a pipe puzzle game published by Rimitech ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App handles and why.
1. The short version
- The App has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device. We do not upload it, and we cannot see it.
- The App shows advertisements and collects anonymous usage and crash statistics. Those are handled by Google, not by a server of ours.
2. Data stored on your device
Level progress, stars, hints, streaks, skins, sound and language settings, and your purchase status are written to the App's private storage area on your device. This data never leaves the device through us. Deleting the App removes it. You can also erase it inside the App at Settings → Reset progress.
3. Data collected by third parties
We do not operate servers that receive your data. The App embeds the following Google services, which collect data under Google's own privacy policy.

4. Advertising and your choices
Ads may be personalized (selected using an advertising identifier) or non-personalized. Which one you see depends on your consent.
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Before the first ad is shown, the App presents a Google-provided consent form. If you decline, you receive non-personalized ads.
- iOS. The system App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether the App may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, no advertising identifier is used for tracking and you receive non-personalized ads.
- Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
You can change your advertising consent at any time in the App at Settings → Privacy settings. Declining does not limit any part of the game.
Purchasing the "Remove ads" item stops interstitial and banner ads. Rewarded ads remain available because you choose to watch them.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment card, billing address, or store account details. We only receive a signal from the store that the purchase is valid, which the App stores on your device as a flag.
6. Children
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising in the App is restricted to content rated suitable for teen audiences or below. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.
7. International transfers
The third-party services listed above are operated by Google and may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. Google's transfers rely on the safeguards described in Google's privacy policy.
8. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you on any server, most access and deletion requests are satisfied on your device.
- Erase your data. Use Settings → Reset progress, or delete the App.
- Withdraw advertising consent. Use Settings → Privacy settings, or the system tracking and advertising-ID controls.
- EEA/UK residents have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability under the GDPR. California residents have rights of access, deletion, correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. Exercising the opt-out is done through the consent form and system tracking controls described above.
- For anything these controls do not cover, write to us at the address below.
9. Data retention
On-device data stays until you erase it or uninstall the App. Data held by Google is retained according to Google's own retention schedules.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in the App. The current version is always available at this address.

이슬런(이하 "앱")는 리미테크(이하 "당사")가 서비스하는 파이프 퍼즐 게임입니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 데이터를 다루고 왜 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 요약
- 앱에는 계정도 로그인도 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호를 묻지 않습니다.
- 게임 진행 정보는 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 당사가 서버로 가져가지 않으며 볼 수도 없습니다.
- 앱은 광고를 표시하고 익명 사용 통계와 오류 정보를 수집합니다. 이는 당사 서버가 아니라 구글이 처리합니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
레벨 진행도, 별, 힌트, 연속 기록, 스킨, 소리·언어 설정, 구매 상태는 기기 안 앱 전용 저장 공간에 기록됩니다. 이 정보는 당사를 통해 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 앱 안에서 설정 → 진행 초기화로도 지울 수 있습니다.
3. 제3자가 수집하는 정보
당사는 이용자 데이터를 받는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 앱에는 아래 구글 서비스가 포함되어 있으며, 각 서비스는 구글의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 수집합니다.

4. 광고와 선택권
광고는 광고 식별자를 이용한 맞춤 광고이거나 비맞춤 광고입니다. 어느 쪽을 보게 되는지는 이용자의 동의에 따라 정해집니다.
- 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스. 첫 광고가 나오기 전에 구글이 제공하는 동의 양식이 표시됩니다. 거부하면 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다.
- iOS. 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트에서 이용자를 추적해도 되는지 묻는 시스템 추적 허용 팝업이 표시됩니다. 거부하면 광고 식별자를 추적에 쓰지 않고 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다.
- Android. 시스템 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
광고 동의는 앱의 설정 → 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 거부해도 게임 이용에는 아무 제한이 없습니다.
"광고 제거" 상품을 구매하면 전면 광고와 배너 광고가 사라집니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 스스로 선택해 보는 것이라 그대로 남습니다.
5. 결제
앱 내 구매는 전적으로 App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 당사는 이용자의 카드 정보·청구 주소·스토어 계정 정보를 보거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매가 유효하다는 신호만 받아 기기 안에 표시로 저장합니다.
6. 아동
앱은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에 표시되는 광고는 청소년 등급 이하 콘텐츠로 제한됩니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단되면 아래 연락처로 알려 주시기 바랍니다.
7. 국외 이전
위 제3자 서비스는 구글이 운영하며, 미국을 포함해 이용자 국가 밖의 서버에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이전에 관한 보호 조치는 구글 개인정보처리방침에 설명되어 있습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
당사가 서버에 보관하는 개인정보가 없으므로 열람·삭제 요구는 대부분 기기에서 바로 처리됩니다.
- 데이터 삭제. 설정 → 진행 초기화를 쓰거나 앱을 삭제하세요.
- 광고 동의 철회. 설정 → 개인정보 설정이나 시스템의 추적·광고 ID 설정을 쓰세요.
- 유럽경제지역·영국 이용자는 GDPR에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리제한·반대·이동 권리를, 캘리포니아 주민은 CCPA/CPRA에 따라 열람·삭제·정정 권리와 개인정보 판매·공유 거부권을 가집니다. 거부권 행사는 위에 설명한 동의 양식과 시스템 추적 설정으로 합니다.
- 대한민국 이용자는 개인정보 보호법에 따른 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구를 아래 연락처로 하실 수 있습니다.
9. 보유 기간
기기 안 데이터는 이용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 유지됩니다. 구글이 보유하는 데이터는 구글의 보유 정책을 따릅니다.
10. 변경
이 방침이 중요하게 바뀌면 위 시행일을 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱 안에서 알려 드립니다. 최신본은 항상 이 주소에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
