Terms of Service

1. The Service

The App is a home camera service that connects two smartphones you own, one as a camera (sender) and one as a monitor (viewer), and provides live video and audio, two-way talk, sound and motion detection alerts, and recording. It is used without account registration, and video and audio are sent directly between the devices.

2. Proper Use and Your Responsibility (Important)

The App is a tool that captures and transmits video and audio. You must:

• Install a camera only in spaces you own or lawfully manage.
• Obtain the consent of people who may be recorded, or use the App only to the extent permitted by the laws of your country. Some countries restrict recording other people's conversations or filming shared or public areas such as neighbors' property, hallways, or streets.
• Not use the App for unlawful purposes such as covert filming, recording, or eavesdropping that invades another person's privacy.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your use of the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Some features (such as extended remote viewing, higher quality, detection history, and recording) are available with the paid "Premium" subscription. Premium is offered as 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month plans, and the price for your region is shown in the App and the store before you buy.
• Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews automatically for the same length.
• Payment and refunds follow the billing system and refund policy of the store you installed the App from (Google Play or the App Store).
• You can cancel at any time in the store's subscription settings. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Free and Paid Features and Usage Limits

Usage limits, such as viewing time, may apply to free users. Limits and features may be adjusted as the service evolves, and significant changes will be announced in the App or on this page.

5. Intellectual Property

The operator owns the rights to the App and its content (design, text, icons, and so on). You own the rights to the video you capture or record with the App.

6. Your Obligations

• Do not use the App in violation of the law or these Terms.
• Do not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without permission.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the service.

7. Changes to or Suspension of the Service

The operator may change or suspend all or part of the service. Changes that significantly affect paid subscriptions will be announced in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Video transmission depends on your network, your devices, and external services (carriers, relay servers, and so on). Video may drop or lag, connections may fail, and alerts may be missed or delayed.
• The App is not professional monitoring equipment that guarantees the safety of people or property, and should not be relied on as the only means of preventing accidents.
• To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or failures of external services.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be amended in line with laws or changes to the service, and changes will be announced on this page. If you keep using the App after a change, you agree to the amended Terms.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. For questions about these Terms, contact:

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these Terms apply in addition to it where they do not conflict.
